Job Description
As Rejoy’s first dedicated Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping the team that builds the future of clinical intelligence. You’ll:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, and go-to-market roles
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Source, engage, and nurture top talent through creative outbound strategies
- Manage a high-touch, candidate-first experience from outreach to close
- Build and maintain recruiting pipelines, ATS workflows, and hiring metrics
- Champion Rejoy’s mission and values in every candidate interaction
Requirements
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth tech startup
- Proven track record hiring for technical and/or product roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, AI/ML, or mission-driven recruiting
